Observe the following points to avoid heatstroke and at the same time maintain the new normal lifestyle Remove the mask depending on the situation If you are in an environment where it is possible to maintain a distance of more than 2m from other people, remove the mask. While wearing the mask, avoid intense exercise. And, depending on the situation, keep a distance of more than 2 meters from other people, remove your mask and rest. Be cautious when wearing masks especially on hot and humid days. Avoid hot environments Circulate the air well when you are indoors and use the air conditioner to control the temperature. Wear cool clothes and wear hats or umbrellas for sunny days and, if you’re not feeling well, stay home and rest, if it gets too hot, go to cool places. Stay well hydrated Hydrate yourself even if you are not thirsty. Take around 1.2 liters of water daily. If you have sweat a lot, take minerals (drinks with electrolyte,etc.).
