Anyone can enter the library. Books, magazines, and newspapers can be read freely by everyone. There are also books and magazines in foreign languages, as well as picture books in foreign languages ​​for children. By obtaining a library card, it is possible to borrow books.

There is no charge to use the library. The library protects everyone’s personal information (it does not disclose to anyone the names of the books you have borrowed, nor your name or address).
