Violating these rules can lead to fines, so collect seafood in accordance with these rules. For more details, click here. Attention! Due to the spreading of infection of the new coronavirus, this year there are many places that are banning or preventing the collection of shellfish and the use of beaches for leisure. Some places have closed parking lots and rest places (umi no ie). Please be aware not to enter these restricted areas. Examples of locations with a seafood collection ban or restriction (as of April 23, 2020 information).
