災害時外国人支援のための図上訓練の参加者を募集します

We will provide information to foreigners who have been affected by the disaster and conduct training to learn how to respond practically.  If you are interested in assisting foreigners during a disaster, please apply.

  1. Date: January 26, 2020 (Sunday) – 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm
  2. Location: Mie Kenmin Koryu Center Information and Event Venue at UST Tsu 3F
    (Tsu-shi Hadokoro-cho 700)
  3. Contents:
    1 – Lecture: Assistance to foreign residents in case of floods
    2 – Practical Lesson: Management Training and Installation of Multilingual Natural Disaster Relief Center in Mie
    * There will be no translators.  All contents will be taught in Japanese.
  1. Target Audience: Government representatives, disaster prevention specialists, provincial citizens interested in assisting foreigners in case of disasters, etc.
  2. Capacity: approximately 40 people
  3. Participation Fee: Free
  4. Fill in the required items on the application form and send by FAX, email or mail.

First visit to Ise-Jingu during the New Year holidays – About traffic regulations and parking lot (2019-2020)

年末年始　伊勢神宮　初参り　パーク＆バスライド、交通規制のお知らせ（2019～2020）

A high traffic volume is expected around Ise-Jingu during New Year holidays.

To relieve the traffic volume, the organization established a temporary parking lot next to Sun Arena and shuttle buses running Geku and Naiku’s B parking lot at Ise-Jingu will be available. Please note that shuttle bus times will vary by date.

While use of the shuttle buses is free of charge, individuals using the temporary parking lots must pay a parking fee of 1000 yen per vehicle. You will need to show your parking receipt to the bus operator before boarding.

Shuttle bus hours:

December 31, 2019 (Tuesday) 10:00pm to January 1, 2020 (Wednesday) 4:00pm
January 2 (Thursday) to January 4 (Saturday), 2020 – 9:00am ~ 4:00pm
January 11 (Saturday) to January 12 (Sunday), 2020 – 9:00am ~ 4:00pm

*Last bus departs from Geku and Naiku at 6:30pm
*Shuttle bus for disabled and people with special needs will run between Naiku B2 and Ujibashi

To board the shuttle bus for disabled it will be necessary to use the “Park & Bus Ride” and meet one of the following items:

  1. Elderly (above 75 years old)
  2. People with special needs
  3. Pregnant women
  4. Families or helpers of people in conditions cited above

Traffic control

As the exit will be controlled at “Park & Bus Ride” ordinary vehicles will not be allowed to exit at Ise Nishi IC and Ise IC (however it will be possible to pass through the entrance).

On January 5, 2020, and on weekends and holidays between January 13 ~ February 2, the Ise Nishi IC will be restricted on 9:00am to 3:00pm.
