2019/06/25 Tuesday Housing

When renting a private rental housing, there are cases where the elderly, people with disabilities, foreigners, families with children, etc., suffers from communication problems, securing a guarantor (hoshonin) or have the request refused by the owner because of  concerns about situations after entering the property, etc.

In order to assist those who are having difficulties on entering a private property housing that is requiring support in problem-solving or emergency resolution, the “Housing and Liaison Committee” (Mie-ken Kyoju Shien Renraku-kai) was founded. It is a cooperative project between the government, real estate companies and private housing support groups.

If you are having problems entering a private rental housing, check with the organizations listed on the website below.
