妊娠に気がついたら

PortuguêsEspañolFilipino中文English日本語

It is very important to have regular medical appointments for the new mother’s health and the baby’s healthy development.

Check this out: “For a healthy pregnancy and childbirth” by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Welfare (Kousei Roudou-sho)

Portuguese – Spanish – Filipino – English – Chinese – Japanese

When your pregnancy is confirmed, go to the city hall where you live and receive the Boshi Kenko Techo (Maternal and Child Health Handbook) and your health check-up ticket. You can also consult about pregnancy, childbirth and child-rearing at the counter.
