  1. Consultation on immigration procedures

Ask various questions about immigration, migration and residence visa with a Nagoya Immigration representative (Nagoya Shutsunyu-koku Zairyu Kanri-kyoku).

Consultations: every 2nd Thursday of the month

December 12, 2019 (Thursday) – January 9, 2020 (Thursday) – February 13, 2020 (Thursday) – March 12, 2020 (Thursday)

Schedule:

  • 1st consultation: from 1pm to 1:45pm
  • 2nd consultation: from 2pm to 2:45 pm
  • 3rd consultation: from 3pm to 3:45 pm

* Reservation by phone is required.  During the call, say: “Nyukan Soudan Yoyaku” (Immigration Consultation Reserve).

  1. Consultations with an administrative clerk

Make an appointment with an administrative clerk (gyosei shoshi) about residence visa, nationality, marriage, divorce, etc.

Consultation: Every third Friday of the month

December 20, 2019 (Friday) – February 21, 2020 (Friday)

Schedule:

  • 1st consultation: from 1:30pm to 2:10pm
  • 2nd consultation: from 2:10pm to 2:50 pm
  • 3rd consultation: from 2:50pm to 3:30pm

* Reservation by phone is required.  During the call, say: “Gyosei Shoshi Soudan Yoyaku” (Administrative Registrar Consultation Reservation).
