For students who are considering taking the Mie prefectural officials and police officers recruitment exams and for those who are wondering about future occupation, this meeting will explain the workflow and the atmosphere of the workplace.

For those who would like to work as Mie prefecture’s official or a police officer in the future, and for those who are interested in civil service work, please do not hesitate to join us.

※Mie prefecture official recruitment examination can also be taken for those who do not have Japanese nationality. However, some test categories require Japanese nationality.

  • Mie Kencho Oshigoto Seminar in Tsu (Work Seminar) – no advance application required

  • Mie Kencho Genba Setsumeikai (Field explanatory) – advance application required
    Date and time:
    January 10, 2019 (Fri) – 13:30~17:00
    Meeting place: Mie Ken Tsu office building front entrance (Tsu-shi Sakurabashi 3-446-34)
    Contents: Those who are interested to work as Mie prefecture official (general civil engineering work) are eligible. We will visit the construction site that Mie prefecture is currently doing.    Application: until December 20, 2019 (Friday) 3pm

多文化共生理解イベント Hand in Hand 2019

Mie Prefecture works for the “Construction of a multicultural society”, aiming to accept the cultural differences among citizens of several nationalities, ethnical groups, among others and on the mutual structure of a community based on same relation. As part of this, na event will be held which is called Hand in Hand 2019 – Multicultural Awareness Event.

This year’s theme is “Fictitious Planet Travels – North America”.  What do you think about traveling to North American countries with your rich imagination?

Description

  1. Embark on a fictional trip to Canada and the United States
    Take a Fictitious Trip (imaginary travel experiences) to the United States and Canada with native guides.
    Learn in a fun way about the geography, culture and lifestyle of both countries.
    * Tickets are not needed when boarding the airplane.
  1. Join a small theatre
    There will be an English theater with stories related to Christmas.

Be part of the play that will be done with all participants!

People who can communicate with basic English

* The explanations will be made in Japanese, but the theater will be performed in English.
