“Funakoshita Exhibition” and “Julio Gonzalez Exhibition”

Two exhibitions will be held simultaneously

Funakoshita Katsura is a symbolic sculptor representing Japan abroad, with a high reputation both in home country and in the world.

Julio Gonzalez is one of the sculptors representing Spain and is well known in Europe as well as painters Picasso and Miró.

Period: February 9 (Tuesday) to April 10 (Sunday)

Closed: every Monday (the museum will be open on March 21 (Monday) and will close on the next day (March 22, Tuesday)

Opening Hours: From 9:30 am to 5 pm (last entry 4:30 pm)

Admission:

  • Only one of the exhibitions [Adult: ¥ 1,100 (¥ 900) – Students: ¥ 900 (¥ 700) – Junior high school students and younger : free ]
  • Both exhibitions [Adult ¥ 1,500 – Students ¥ 1,300 – Junior high school students and younger: free]

– Bracketed prices are for groups of more than 20 or larger.
– Students must show Seito Techo or Gakusei-sho.
– Prices cited above include admission in other exhibitions in the museum
– On family days (Katei no hi), February 21 and March 20, admission will be the same for group visitors.
