Location: Matsusaka-shi, Sangyō Shinkō Center (Matsusaka-shi Hon-machi 2176) Description: On September 25, a Disaster Foreign Resident Support Seminar will be held in Matsusaka City. At this seminar, Japanese citizens can obtain the knowledge and skills necessary to support members of the foreign resident community after an earthquake or other serious natural disaster. Japanese citizens who can communicate in languages other than Japanese, Japanese-capable foreign residents and members of the community who want be able to support their foreign neighbors after a natural disaster are strongly encouraged to attend.
