Tsu Advanced Vocational-Technical Training School offers a complete schedule of classes to students learn the techniques and skills required for work. Specialized teachers fully instruct the students according to educational policy in training creative professionals toward the society and make them acquire several qualifications. The school offers 2 years, 1 year, 6 months and 3 months courses. The training period may vary according to the course, therefore, all the students graduating at this school in 2016 have been sent to the job market. 「Interview 1 – Miyamoto Kouki – Vice-Director」 We use the expression “professional training”, but in other words it means the student will learn techniques and skills required in the job market. This is a school focusing these studies. One of the courses offered by Tsu Advanced Vocational-Technical Training School is the six-month Kinzoku Seikei-Ka (metal modeling course). The course is towards workers with little or no experience and are interested in work with plate welding in factories and steel industry. 「Interview – Hiraga Takumi– Welding Instructor 」 I will present the “Kinzoku Seikei-ka” course. The training period/time is 6 months. The main focus is the learning of welding techniques. Besides, the course has changed a little in April this year. Japanese learning is also applied during the classes. And now our aim is to acquire qualification and licenses even more difficult to get. Some of them are qualifications on training and skills using cranes and forklifts. Question: Foreign nationals have been able to reach the job market? – Yes. There are some of them who were hired by Japanese companies as permanent employees. And many of them also work in welding field for contractors. Employability rate is almost 100%. Many foreign nationals graduated from this course and received important certificates to seek a qualified work. But Tsu Advanced Vocational-Technical Training School offers several options in vocational courses in addition to “Kinzoku Seikei-ka”. Over the year, the Open Campus offering 5 industrial courses is held in order to interested people better get to know the school. The courses are: Machine control system (Kikai Seigyo Shisutemu-ka) Automotive technician course (Jidousha Gijutsu-ka) Information on electric controls (Denshi Seigyo Joho-ka) Metallurgy (Metal Craft-ka) Construction (Kenchiku Seko-ka) 「 Interview 2 – Miyamoto Kouki – Vice-Director」 There are 5 types of courses. Among them is the “Kikai Seigyo Shisutemu-ka”. This course aims to mold objects while the process of cutting iron plate occurs. The “Jisousha Gijutsu-ka” carries out cars maintenance. The “Denshi Seigyo Joho-ka” works on the creation and movement of objects inside the factories and the learning about electricity and electrical systems inside electronic devices. The “Metal Craft-ka” builds objects while folds, welds and connects them. The last is the “Kenchiku Seko-ka” that builds objects while the construction plants and buildings planning is carried out. Basically, the final construction is a house. These are the 5 courses. Besides these, there are courses on CAD for computer (“Pasokon CAD”), courses for office (“Office Business”), professional formation and health professionals (“KaigoFukushi-shiYosei”) and several others. It is possible to check out the details at Tsu Advanced Vocational-Technical Training School website. Workers seeking professional upgrading have more chances in job market and the Tsu Advanced Vocational-Technical Training School School sets up studies programs for detailed learning of the abilities and necessary techniques required in society. 「 Interview 3 – Miyamoto Kouki – Vice-Principal」 For sure our aim here is the professional development.
