<Remarks when making a consultation>
・In case you find you have a problem, make a consultation as soon as possible.
・It is recommended the contract holder make the consultation by himself/herself (consultation is only available in Japanese). If you can’t speak Japanese, ask someone able to help you.
・Have the necessary documents ready, as contracts and others.
