The partners of the Umashikuni Okoshi Mie campaign and other organizations will be holding events and expos around the prefecture this summer with the aim of bringing people together.
The key word of Enpaku Mie is ‘enzukuri’ (building bonds between people), and the aim of the project is to bring together people, both Mie and around the country.

Hydrangea Festival

Various events as well as a bazaar will be held in Sato Park amongst the park’s wonderful hydrangeas. This event will coincide with the Inabe Smile Festa.
Yokkaichi Dome Flee Market

The biggest flee market in the prefecture with 700 booths and 5000 visitors! As well as stalls selling food and drinks, the event will also be coinciding with the Yokkaichi Hometown Market.
Flower and Firefly Walk
When: Until the end of June
Where: Owase City Mukai Village Shimataki – next to the Old Kumano Road Center

During the day, enjoy a walk to the waterfall surrounded by hankaiso flowers. As night falls, enter the dreamlike world of the fireflies as you listen to the sound of the waterfall.
