Based on the law promoting the recruitment of people with special needs and aiming the employability of physically disabled residents in Mie Prefecture, the recruitment of public servants 2016 will be carried out. Information on the test, distribution of application forms, as well as the application period have been taking place since September 2.

(1) About the selecting system

Work category	Available positions	Work content
– Administrative area in general – Office in general	Approximately 3 positions	Governor department, Secretariat of Education, Industry Bodies, Hospital administrative office, Office in general.

A) Requirements

• Able to execute the office work in general without the aid from a caregiver
  (As a general rule, the weekly workload is 38 hours and 45 minutes and daily workload is 7 hours and 45 minutes)
• Possess the physical disabled card, degree between 1 to 6
• Applicants must have been born between April 2, 1982 and April 1, 1999
• Reside in Mie Prefecture (in exception those living temporally out of Mie Prefecture due to studies or other reason)
• People able to apply through printed communication
  (In the test category of office in general, it is possible to carry out the test in Braille)
• People who do not fit the disqualification of Article 16 of Local Public Service Law
• People with no Japanese nationality are also eligible to apply in this selective test.

B) Application period

2 September, 2016 (Friday) to 29 September, 2016 (Thursday)

*Application period through internet is until 12 p.m on September 29 (Thursday)

C) Dates of the selective test

1) November 6, 2016 (Sunday)

2) November 28, 2016 (Monday) or November 29, 2016 (Tuesday)

D) Others

• In the test category of office in general, from fiscal year 2016, is allowed the use of an assisted computer audio.
• About the qualification, method of selective test, among others, read the  “平成２８年度身体障がい者を対象とした三重県職員採用選考受験案内” (Selective Exam Guide for Recruitment of Public Servants of Mie Prefecture 2016- recruitment of physically disabled people)
• The guide and orientation are available on the website “三重県職員採用案内” (About the recruitment of public servants of Mie Prefecture).  It is possible to make the application for the selective test through this same homepage. [Deadline is until 12 p.m on September 29 (Thursday)]
• The selective test for the recruitment of physically disabled staff for position in the educational area of elementary and junior high schools will be carried out in a different date. (Orientation and guides are scheduled to be handed out in late October)
