The Suzuka Circuit opened in 1962 as a full-fledged international racing course in Japan and holds events of various races and motor sports including the world renowned F1. Continuing from last year, in the two races in which Asian players are active in the Suzuka Circuit on June, a place will be provided for people of various nationalities inside and outside the prefecture to interact with the aim to provide opportunities for exchanges of Japanese motor sports culture. Foreigners who have a residence card can enter the Suzuka circuit free of charge by making a reservation in advance.

In addition, foreigners with residence cards can purchase tickets with special discount prices at the Amusement Park “Motopia” and Pool “Aqua Adventure” from June 1 to July 19.

  • June 22 and 23 – “SUZUKA Race of Asia 2019” (4 wheel race)

Various categories of races such as “Blancpain GT Series Asia” and “LAMBORGHINI SUPER TROFEO ASIA” will be held.

  • June 29 and 30 – “2019 FIM Asian Road Race Championship Series Round 4” (2 wheel race)

A road race will be held where more than 70 players from 10 countries in Asia and Oceania will participate.

Target audience

Foreign nationals with residence cards and five guests (including Japanese nationals) are entrance free.

*Advance registration is necessary!

*A separate charge is required when using the parking lot and other attractions.

Free Rubella Antibody Test and Vaccination

According to the National Institute of Infectious Diseases, the number of cases with measles increased from 91 in 2017 to 2,917 in 2018, and 1,377 were reported at the end of April 2019, patients with measles infection are increasing in 2019 and the epidemic still continues.

  1. Additional measures for Rubella

From 2019 to 2021 for 3 years, antibody test and vaccination for rubella will be offered for free to men born between April 2nd, 1962 and April 1st, 1979, who never had a rubella routine vaccination before.

The target for 2019 are men born between April 2, 1972 and April 1, 1979. Coupons will be sent from the municipal office. Men aside from the target generations can also get coupons at the municipal office counter.
