An exhibition featuring Lucie Rie (1902–1995), one of the leading British ceramic artists of the 20th century, is now on view. Born in Vienna, Rie pursued a career in ceramics before moving to the United Kingdom in 1938, where she continued creating works in London. Known for their beautiful forms and vivid colors, her works remain beloved by many people today. In addition to approximately 70 works by Lucie Rie, the exhibition features around 50 works by related artists and explores her connections with East Asian ceramics.
