Mie Prefectural Museum Special Exhibit “Fly High on the Wings of Art”

The “Fly High on the Wings of Art” exhibit features pieces that explore the skies and the phenomenon of flight. Birds, angels, airplanes and more soar through pieces in this collection, which is made up of works from a variety of time periods and places. Come walk in the footsteps of the featured artists’ dreams and adventures in this high flying exhibit.

【Exhibit duration】Saturday, 7 March, 2015 to Wednesday, 6 May, 2015

Closed: Every Monday（the museum will be open 27 April and 4 May）

【Museum hours】9:30～17:00（Last entry at 16:30）

【Admission】

-Adults: 900（700）yen

-Student: 700（500）yen

-Junior high school students and younger: free

＊Bracketed prices are for tickets bought in advanced, or groups of 20 or larger

＊Students must show student ID when purchasing tickets

＊Admission price includes admission to the permanent exhibit.

＊On family days（Sunday, 15 March and Sunday, 19 April）visitors are charged group fare
