The largest sweets expo in Japan will be held in Ise city! 2017/04/21 Friday Seminars and Events The 27th edition of the largest sweets expo in Japan will be held in Ise city, Mie Prefecture. Dai 27 – kai ZenkokuKashi Dai Hakurankai had the denomination selected through suggestions from all over the country as “OisesanKashihaku 2017”. The large exhibition in Japan is a continuity of the “TeikokuKashiame Dai Hinpyoukai – Large Imperial Fair of Sweets and Confectionary” beginning in 1911. With a tradition spanning more than 100 years, this exhibition is held somewhere in Japan every 4 years. Huge artwork, created by more than 110 professionals in the field will be exposed, as well as limited sales of Akafuku (sweet made of rice typical from Mie Prefecture) among other 1.800 varieties of sweets from all over Japan visitors can enjoy in a single event!
