* For housing complexes that receive fewer applications than the number of available units during the regular application period (through October 31), applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis from the day after the lottery until the first Wednesday of the month following the month in which the lottery was held.
* With the exception of some units, single-person households are now also eligible to move into prefectural housing.
Regular application schedule (the application periods are the same every year.)
