
A help mark makes it easier for people with disabilities and sick people, who needs assistance and consideration, to seek support and understanding from people around them even if it is not visible from their appearance.
If you see a person with a help card, please give up your seat on the train or bus and be more considerate at the time of emergency or disaster.

About distribution of help mark
Subjects
Those who have disabilities but not visible from their appearance, those who are sick and those who need consideration or support in their surroundings when going outside or during evacuation in the event of a disaster.
Distribution method
If there is a request from those who want to use it, we will distribute the help cards in specific locations. Documents such as application forms are not necessary.
