A help card is a card that makes it easier for people with disabilities and sick people, who needs assistance and consideration, to seek support and understanding from people around them even if it is not visible from their appearance.

If you see a person with a help card, please give up your seat on the train or bus and be more considerate at the time of emergency or disaster.

 

The distribution of help cards started on February 20, 2018.

Subjects

Those who have disabilities but not visible from their appearance, those who are sick and those who need consideration or support in their surroundings when going outside or during evacuation in the event of a disaster.

 Distribution method

If there is a request from those who want to use it, we will distribute the help cards in specific locations.

Documents such as application forms are not necessary.

The Chinese language will be added to the driver’s license written examination

運転免許学科試験に中国語が追加されます

In Mie prefecture, the written examination for the driver’s license is done in Japanese, English, Portuguese, but from April you will be able to take the test in Chinese. Those who wish to take the examination in a foreign language, please inform the application window during the examination procedure.

Starting date for the written exam in Chinese   from April 2, 2018

※ The explanation for the written exam and the proficiency test will be conducted in Japanese.

If you cannot understand Japanese, please bring an interpreter when applying for the exam.

Test location: Mie Ken Unten Menkyo Center (Mie Prefecture Driver’s License Center) (Address: Tsu Shi Tarumi 2566)

Test date: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and New Year holidays)

Reception hours: 8: 30 ~ 9: 00
