Regarding the start of distribution of the Help Card

A help card is a card that makes it easier for people with disabilities and sick people, who needs assistance and consideration, to seek support and understanding from people around them even if it is not visible from their appearance.

If you see a person with a help card, please give up your seat on the train or bus and be more considerate at the time of emergency or disaster.

The distribution of help cards started on February 20, 2018.
