At this seminar participants will learn how to proceed during a natural disaster, as well as how to help in the case of a natural disaster. Among foreign residents living in Mie Prefecture there are people who do not understand Japanese as well as people from countries where there is no occurrence of earthquakes. At this seminar participants will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge on how to proceed to give the proper support to foreign residents and how to perform in the scenario of a natural disaster thus boosting the qualification of self-help and mutual assistance. The aim of this seminar is to promote the knowledge about disaster prevention and prepare more people to give support to the ones affected by disasters.
