A training will be offered for those responsible in assistance counters for foreign citizens, where particpants will receive information related to permanent visa. Besides people responsible in assistance counters to foreigners, people who serve up foreign citizens or perform in the benefit of foreigners within local community are welcomed. Those who have questions related to foreigner’s permanent visa will be able to share experiences with other participants, and the information exchange can help them to draw a conclusion.

Date and time: November 30 (Wednesday) – 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. (reception from 12 p.m.)
Location: UST-Tsu 3F Meeting Room A e B (Tsu-shi, Hadokoro-cho 700)
Free entrance
Lecturer:  Mr. Yoneda Tomohiko, administrative scrivener from Mie Prefecture Administrative Scrivener Council.

Content:
(1) Seminar (long stay, special permission for stay, request for provisional release permission, studies of cases addressed during consultation, among others)
(2) Questions and answers
(3) Group discussion

*The seminar will be held in Japanese. No interpreters will be available.

介護職員初任者研修の受講者を募集について

A training for people interested in performing on elderly care area will be carried out.  After you conclude the training, all the necessary support will be given for the inclusion in the job market. This is a good opportunity for those who want to perform in this area.

 

Period: 2017, January 17 (Thursday) to February 24 – from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
(about 3 days of live class)

Location: Mie-ken Shakai Fukushi Kaikan – 3F – Kenshushitsu
(Tsu-shi Sakurabashi 2-131)

Capacity: 39

Requirements: up to 75 years old, residence in Mie Prefecture, conclude the training until the end and commit yourself to work in institutions of welfare and elderly care. Foreign residents must have enough understanding level on reading the ideograms in the studying material, as well as reading and writing of Japanese language.

Fee: Free (the studying material that costs ¥6,000 as well as the cost of transportation will be on one’s own)

Application: fill in (own handwriting) the application form  “介護員育成プログラム参加申請書兼誓約書” attached  (PDF archive), stamp it using your personal stamp, attach the residence certificate (jyumin’hyo) or the copy of zairyu card, send or take it in person to the Mie-ken Shakai Fukushi Kyogikai ( 三重県社会福祉協議会 ).

Application period: until December 20 (Tuesday)
