The draft guidelines have been released for public consultation from residents of Mie Prefecture. Other informations: (click to open) Submission period: Friday, 9th October 2015 to 5:00pm Monday, 9th November 2015 How to submit: Submit the form online with your name, address and contact information (phone number etc.). Privacy Policy: Your submitted opinions will only be used in the process of making improvements to the guidelines. Personal information such as your name, address and contact information will be strictly handled and not be publicly disclosed according to the Mie Prefectural Government’s privacy protection ordinance. Handling of Submissions: All opinions received from the public will be used as a reference in finalizing the guidelines. A summary of the public’s viewpoint will be published on the Mie Prefectural Government’s website at a later date. Please note that we do not give individual responses to submissions.
