Ano ba ang Mie Brand?
Simula pa noong 2002, Ang Mie Prefecture ay nagse-certify ng mga partikular na may mataas na kalidad na produkto at ang kanilang mga producers bilang “Mie Brand”. Sa mga napo-produce at napo-process gamit ang mga characteristics ng rehiyon, katulad ng kalikasan at tradisyon at ipinapakalat ang impormasyong ito nationwide.
