In Japan, both carrying and using narcotic drugs and stimulants are severely punished by the law. The law states that only those aged twenty and above can drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes. There is a reason that the limit was set at 20 years of age. It is important for both you and your families to have knowledge of the damaging effects so that you can avoid the abuse of alcohol, tobacco and drugs.
