We have many events for you again this summer at Mie Kodomo no Shiro!

Here are a few of the events that are taking place.

「The Giant Insect Forest Maze」

We’ve turned our event hall into an insect forest. Find various insects as you walk through our complicated maze. If you get lost, don’t worry! Exciting experiences await you!

※（note）the insects in the maze will be replicas

Date and Time：Saturday, July 19, 2014 ～Sunday, September 7, 2014 　10:00～16:30

（Last entry: 16:00）

Location：1F Event Hall

Admission：200 yen per person

Target audience：young children and elementary school students

Time required：approximately 15～20 minutes

 

「Make Your Own Pen Stand!」

Draw and attach holographic stickers to overhead projector sheets to create your own works of art.

Use this to make a pen stand for your desk!

Date and Time：Tuesday, August 26, 2014~ Friday, August 29, 2014

Admission：300 yen per set of materials

Time required：approximately 40~50 minutes

※Limit 10 people per time slot. Admission on a first come first serve basis.

 

「Use a wood burning pen to decorate your own memo board」

With a wood burning pen, you can etch drawings and patterns into corkboard to create your own original memo board!
