In this summit meeting, the president of the European council, as well as the president of the European commission take part. In this G7 summit, the leading countries of the group sit around to exchange opinions in an informal way, free and vigorous on the several issues related directly to the international society. And the result of this summit meeting is summarized in form of declarations. The hosting country of G7 Summit, during the year of fulfillment, from January to December, becomes the lead country of the Groups of Seven. And this lead country of G7 will carry out prior meetings and preparative meetings, as well as the execution of the real process to hold the meeting summit and the foreign affairs ministers and ministerial. Japan held the meeting 5 times to the present moment, on summit meetings in 1979, 1986, 1993, 2000 and 2008. And, this year, for the first time, the G7 Summit will be held on May 26th and 27th in Ise-Shima, located in Mie Prefecture.
