The Mie Exhibition is the largest art exhibition featuring works submitted by the general public. Japanese painting, Western-style painting, engravings, crafts, photographs and literary works by Mie citizens will be on display.

Date and Time: Saturday, May 17, 2014 to Sunday, June 1, 2014

９：３０～１７：００（Exhibit will be open until １５：００ on its final day）

Exhibit closed Mondays

＊Last entry to the exhibit is 30 mins before closing time

Location：Mie Center for the Arts（Tsu-shi, Isshinden, Kozubeta 1234）

Mie Cultural Center Gallery, Large Lecture Hall

Admission：General: 200 yen

Students: Free ＊Please present a student ID

＊On Sunday, May 25, 2014, admission will be free as part of the Mie Citizens Cultural Festival

【Owase Traveling Exhibit】

Date and time：Saturday, June 7, 2014 to Sunday June 15, 2014

９：００～１７：００（Exhibit will close at 16:00 on its final day）

Location： Owase Chuo Community Center 3F

Items exhibited：Award winning pieces from the Mie Exhibition and pieces submitted by citizens of Owase, Kumano, Kihoku, Mihama and Kiho.
