Information Session for Immigration Services Agency’s Specified Skilled Worker System

The Japan Immigration Services Agency will hold an online explanation session on the “Tokutei Ginou” (Specific Skills) visa system, which allows you to legally work in Japan. Attendance is free.

Interested parties can register using the QR code available on the flyer.

October 29, 2025 (Wednesday)

  • Session 1: 4:00 PM ~ 4:45 PM (in Japanese, English, and Indonesian)
  • Session 2: 5:00 PM ~ 5:45 PM (in Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese)

January 31, 2026 (Saturday)

  • Session 3: 4:00 PM ~ 4:45 PM (in Japanese, English, and Indonesian)
  • Session 4: 5:00 PM ~ 5:45 PM (in Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese)

Registration Deadline

  • For Sessions 1 and 2: by October 22, 2025 (Wednesday)
  • For Sessions 3 and 4: by Enero 24, 2026 (Saturday)

Target Audience

  • Foreigners 18 years of age or older
