Who can apply
- Persons requiring safety training in the use of electric arc welding equipment
- Foreigners who have a stay visa without work restrictions
* However, you will need to know how to write and read hiragana and can speak daily conversational Japanese.

¥8,000 (including textbooks etc.)
Training contents
Special education classes will be held in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Hygiene Laws. You will learn how to use electric arc welding equipment. Upon completion, you will receive the certificate of completion “Ark Yousetsu Tokubetsu Kyouiku Shuryo-sho (アーク溶接特別教育終了証)”.
Enrollment Method
- Call the “Mie-ken Jinzai Kaihatsu Center (三重県人材開発センター)” during the application period (TEL: 059-234-6883), open from 9:00 to 16:30 on weekdays (Service in Japanese only)
- After making the call, go to the Mie-ken Jinzai Kaihatsu Center and complete the registration procedures (〒514-0817 Mie-ken Tsu-shi Takachaya Omori-cho 1176-2).
