Many “Koi – noboris” ( Carp-shaped kites) ! Date : From April 18 , Friday, until May 6 , Wednesday ( Holiday). Location : Mie – ken Sogo Bunka Center ( Cultural Arts Center, Mie ) ( 〒514-0061 Mie-ken Tsu-shi Isshinden Kouzubeta 1234, tel: 059-233-1105 ) Main entrance and outdoor plaza. Mie Cultural Center for the Arts will display Koi noboris (carp- shaped kites) at the main entrance and the outer square. The event will feature more than 150 Koi – noboris donated by Mie residents and people throughout Japan and will be exposed simultaneously, coloring the sky of spring. In addition , you can rent at anytime a drawing kit (絵かきのコばっぐ) for children . ( ※ ) The kit contains a set of crayons , sheet of paper , clipboard , collectible card Ekakinoko – chan character and a sheet of stamps . You can carry the kit and draw freely within the Mie Arts Cultural Center . Since it’s easy and simple to use this service, come and enjoy !
