Service hours are weekdays, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
In Mie Prefecture, there is a consultation center for foreign residents called MieCo. You can make inquiries by phone or speak directly with an attendant at the service counter. The consultation is free (only the phone call fee will be charged).
If you wish you to consult the phone

When the call is answered, state the name of the desired language (for example: “Portuguese”). The consultation will be conducted with the help of an interpreter of that language.
If you wish to consult in person at the MieCo counter
A staff who speaks foreign languages will assist you. If there is no staff member who speaks the inquirer’s language, a telephone interpretation service will be used.
