Acts of discrimination, prejudice or harassment related to vaccination are unforgivable!

Taking the coronavirus vaccine is not mandatory.  There are many people who cannot get the vaccine for a variety of reasons.

The government urges everyone not to force other people to get the vaccine or to treat people who haven’t received it with prejudice.

There are people who cannot receive the vaccine or require special attention. (If you are one of these people, consult your trusted doctor)

People who cannot get the vaccine

  • People who clearly have a fever (usually with a body temperature above 37.5°C. However, even if it is below 37.5°C, it will depend on your normal temperature).
  • People with serious illnesses
  • People who have had extreme allergic reactions, such as anaphylaxis, after ingesting some of the substances in the vaccine.
  • People who do not fit the above items and are not in a position to receive the vaccine

People who require special attention to receive the vaccine

  • People who have been diagnosed with immune failure or who have family members with congenital immune failure
  • People who have heart, kidney, circulatory or liver diseases, or developmental diseases, etc.
  • People who have had symptoms of fever and allergies, such as systemic rash, two days after receiving some type of vaccine in the past.
  • People who had seizures in the past
  • People at risk of being allergic to vaccine substances.

Mie’s “Go To Eat” Campaign is a service to assist Mie’s restaurant workers, who are striving to manage the stores and at the same time applying preventive measures, and all the farmers and fishermen who are providing the food.  For consumers, premium meal vouchers will be sold.

About the premium meal voucher

  • Meal vouchers will be made available in 1 set of 12-tickets worth ¥1,000 each.
  • The value of each set is ¥10,000 (¥2,000 discount).
  • Only residents of Mie will be able to buy.
  • Each person can buy up to 2 sets (¥20,000). During meal voucher application periods, you can order as many times as you like.  However, sales for each period will end as soon as stocks run out.
  • No change will be given when using the meal voucher.
  • Can only be used at registered member stores in Mie Prefecture (marked by stickers and posters inside the store).
  • It will not be possible to use them after the validity period.

July 10 (Saturday) to September 20 (Monday) 2021

  • Through return cards (first-come-first-served basis), with a stamp valid from the 8th of July (Thursday) until 23:59 on the 7th of August (Saturday) 2021

When using a meal voucher, please continue to take thorough preventive measures against infectious diseases.

In addition, meal tickets with the old usage period [valid until February 21, 2021 (Sun) or 2021/06/30 (Wed)] are also available until September 20, 2021 (Mon).
