Moderna / Takeda’s Covid-19 vaccine mass vaccinations will begin on September 25, 2021 (Saturday).

*In both locations, there will be sign language translators and interpreters for Portuguese and Spanish.

People who can be vaccinated

For residents of the prefecture who have vaccination tickets (sesshuken – 接種券) sent by the municipality where they live, and meet one of the following items.

1. Not having received the second dose of the vaccine from Moderna/ Takeda (people who after having received the first dose abroad or in other prefecture and returned to Mie, etc.)
2. Pregnant women and family members who live in the same house.
3. Be over 12 years old

Interval between vaccine doses

You will need to wait 4 weeks after receiving the first dose to take the second.  It will not be possible to choose the day of the second dose.

Start of reservations

If you fall under items 1 and 2 of “People who can be vaccinated”, reservations can be made from 9:00 am on September 13th (Monday).

If you fall under item 3 of “People who can be vaccinated”, reservations can be made from 9:00 am on September 17th (Friday).
