From October 1, 2022 (Saturday), Mie Prefecture will carry out mass vaccination of Moderna’s new vaccine against the Ômicron variant (BA.1) in the cities of Tsu, Yokkaichi and Ise.

Reservations start at 9 am on September 22 (Thursday).

Target Audience

To receive the fourth vaccine, you must live, work and/or study in Mie Prefecture, and have passed 5 months or more of the third vaccine dose, and meet one of the 3 items below.

  1. People aged 60 or over
  2. Persons between the ages of 18 and 60 who have an underlying disease or who have been diagnosed as at risk of worsening symptoms by a physician
  3. Persons between the ages of 18 and 60 working in medical institutions, facilities for the elderly, facilities for the disabled, etc.

*People who have already received the fourth dose will not be able to participate in the vaccination

* If you received your 1st, 2nd and 3rd vaccinations abroad, please bring a document proving the date and time of vaccination, the number of vaccinations and the type of vaccine, if any.

What to bring on the day if you have the vaccination ticket (sesshuken – 接種券)

  1. Vaccination ticket sent by the prefecture (if your ticket is a stamp, click here to download Yoshinhyo – 予診票)
  2. Preliminary Exam Sheet – Yoshinhyo (fill in the required items)
  3. Documents, applications and other items that prove the vaccination history
  4. Identification document (driver’s license etc.)
  5. Medicine booklet (O-kusuri Techo – お薬手帳), if you have it

「子どもサポート!オンライン座談会」の参加者を募集します

The number of children is decreasing and the birth rate is declining.  Family structures are also diversifying and social interest in children who need support, such as in child poverty and young caregivers, is increasing.  What kind of support do you need in these moments?

The organizers of the meeting invited experts in activities to support children.  Take this opportunity to hear the views of those working with children and think about what we can do.

  • You can join all meetings.  You can also only join the meetings you are interested in.
