【重要】三重県新型コロナウイルス緊急警戒宣言(2021年1月14日)
The government issued a state of emergency for Tokyo, Kansai, Aichi, Gifu and other regions due to the sudden increase in coronavirus cases mainly in large centers.
Due to the severity of the situation, Mie Prefecture has intensified Mie Prefecture ver.8 guidelines (in Japanese only) and issued the “New Coronavirus Emergency Status in Mie” to protect everyone’s health and life the citizens.
The state of emergency period will last until February 7, 2021. See the request from the authorities below.

Illegal acts of discrimination, prejudice and violence (ijime) against people from other provinces who came to Mie to work or study, health care providers and their families, foreigners living in Japan, among other citizens, are a violation of human rights.
