Be careful about malicious marketing ③ ~Learn how to avoid problems related to contracts~

悪質商法にご用心!③ ~知って備える契約トラブル~

2017/11/10 Friday Announcements

What is Multi-level Marketing (Network Marketing)?

It refers both to the sales method based on product or service contract carried out by the buyers that become part of the selling scheme and the expansion of the pyramid like organization.

However, it is not everyone who is able to make a profit as the success history told on the moment of presentation.

Actually, participants are not able to upgrade the sales results as expected, incur debits and have to keep the products they could not sell.

It is a type of business generating several sorts of problems, such as the weakening of personal relations due to the participation of friends and members of family into de pyramid.

Example: A friend talks about  a “fantastic arubaito” (temporary work) of easy gain. The victim becomes a member of the company and ends up believing will be able to make money by selling health care products to acquaintances and gathering other members to get a commission.

The victim signs the contract and acquires the company’s products. However, the victim loses contact either with the seller (s) or the person who offered the work and ends up going into debit and with a huge amount of products.

[Points to avoid loss]

  • Refuse any kind of invitation from close individuals
  • Do not sign a contract and never believe in records of easy profits
  • Do not easily believe in invitations related to investments
  • Make a consultation if you find strange the behavior of the person who is offering you the service

Do not worry alone and make an inquiry
